Yes, Afterpay is accepted online, and we offer straightforward refunds should you need to return.

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay allows you to buy now and pay later, by dividing the total cost of your purchase into 4 interest free instalments, due fortnightly.

USING AFTERPAY ONLINE
To purchase using Afterpay, simply select it as your payment option during checkout. First-time users will be prompted to provide payment details, while returning customers will be able to login.

Your first payment will be charged upon placing your order.

RETURNING AFTERPAY PURCHASES
Provided your item(s) meet our Returns Policy, you can return them for a refund. We'll refund any payments you've already made and cancel any future payments.

USING AFTERPAY IN STORE
To use Afterpay in-store, simply open your Afterpay App and select "Pay with Afterpay Card" to access your Afterpay Card in your digital wallet. At checkout, tap the Afterpay Card to pay, and your payment schedule will be displayed once your purchase is complete.

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, and our e-gift cards are accepted online.

If you choose to return all or part of your online order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

Credit notes are only eligible for redemption in store.

USING YOUR CREDIT NOTE IN STORE
When making a purchase in-store, present your credit note to the team member to have it applied to your purchase.

Credit notes have a 1 year expiration date, which can be found on your printed receipt.

If you choose to partially redeem your credit note, you will be issued a new credit note number with the remaining balance.

CAN A CREDIT NOTE BE REFUNDED OR CONVERTED?
Unfortunately, store credit notes cannot be exchanged for another tender, or replaced if lost.

All refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.

The processing time may differ based on your payment method and financial institution, but once processed, expect the refund to reflect in your account within 5 business days.

AFTERPAY & PAYPAL REFUNDS
If your original payment method was Afterpay or PayPal, you will receive refund updates directly from them, in addition to communication from us.

Always start by confirming your item is eligible for a discount.

MY DISCOUNT CODE ISN’T WORKING

• Make sure you’re entering the code correctly, all discount codes are case-sensitive.
• Check the expiry date, to ensure the code is valid.
• Check the Terms & Conditions for the code you wish to use, ensuring that your selections are eligible. Some codes cannot be used on sale products, limited releases, in conjunction with other offers, or on purchases under a stipulated amount.

WHERE DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?
After selecting your products and adding them to your cart, proceed to checkout and enter your details. At the payment stage, you'll find an option for "Gift card or discount code," where you can input and apply your code.

We partner with UNiDAYS to allow students a 10% discount on applicable products.

AM I ELIGBLE FOR THE UNiDAYS DISCOUNT?
Students over the age of 16, who attend college or university, and are issued directly by their institution an email address, or credit card style student ID, qualify for a UNiDAYS account.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE UNiDAYS DISCOUNT?
Begin by visiting the UNiDAYS website. New users will need to verify their student status and set up an account, while returning users can simply log in. Once logged in, find and redeem the 10% discount offer. You'll instantly receive a unique single-use code, which can be applied at checkout.

Discount Codes

Discount Codes can be used as a means of payment, partial-payment, or discount for certain or specified purchases online.

Customers should read the specific details about any Discount Code, and reach out to our Customer Service Team for more information if required. These additional terms may outline what your Discount Code can or cannot be used for, whether it has a minimum spend, whether it applies only to a specific product or group of products, whether it is available for a limited time or specified date range, and/or only available to a specific customer group.

Discount Codes are valid on full-price products only, unless otherwise specified.

Discount Codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards, sale items or products that are part of another promotion. Discount Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or discount.

Whilst we do not offer refunds for e-gift cards, they remain valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

E-GIFT CARD REFUNDS

When returning items bought with an e-gift card, the refunded amount will be provided as a new e-gift card. It's important to keep in mind that all returns are governed by our Returns Policy.

e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, topped up, or used to purchase other gift cards, either in whole or in part.

PURCHASING AN E-GIFT CARD
Visit our e-gift card page and choose a value ranging from $20 to $999, personalise it with a message, pay for it, and the e-gift card will be instantly emailed to the recipient.

Additionally, e-gift cards can also be purchased in store.

e-gift cards are activated within 24 hours of purchase, and are valid for 3 years.

REDEEMING AN E-GIFT CARD ONLINE
After selecting your products and adding them to your cart, proceed to checkout and enter your details. At the payment stage, you'll find an option to "apply gift card," select it to expand this section and enter your e-gift card number and PIN. 

If the e-gift card balance covers the total order amount, the transaction will be completed. If there is an outstanding balance, you'll be prompted to use an additional payment method to complete the transaction.

REDEEMING AN E-GIFT CARD IN STORE
Simply present our Team with the email containing your e-gift card, they will scan the barcode and apply the amount to your purchase.

You can check the balance and expiry of your e-gift card online.

If we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, your order may be cancelled and you will be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS

To prevent any disappointment, there are certain circumstances where your order may be partially or entirely cancelled.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Where there is insufficient stock to fulfil all, or part of, your order.

ITEM CONDITION
Where all, or part of, your order is not in a satisfactory condition.

LISTING ERROR
Where an item on our website is inaccurately priced, described, or depicted in a photo.

You will be notified of an order cancellation via email, with a refund automatically issued to your original payment method which will be in your account within 5 business days. 

Common checkout issues can be resolved by trying another device or browser.

I'M HAVING A PAYMENT ISSUE

We recommend:

• Trying an alternative browser
• Trying an alternative device
• Checking personal details have been entered correctly
• Checking payment details have been entered correctly

After a failed order attempt, and before reattempting to order, we suggest checking your email for an order confirmation, and your payment account for a transaction, to confirm the order wasn't successful.

If the above troubleshooting steps do not resolve this issue, we recommend waiting a period of 24 hours, before attempting to order again.

I'M HAVING AN ADDRESS ISSUE
Our website has address validation to help avoid address mistakes and should be used where possible. We recommend entering your street address and suburb into the "address" field, allowing the website to display all matching results. Then select your address from the list provided.

For apartment buildings, we recommend entering just the street address and suburb, omitting the unit number initially, before selecting your address inclusive of unit number from the list provided.

For business addresses, we recommend including the company name in after the street address has populated. 

If your address is still not visible to you, please select "enter address manually".
