Do parcels need a signature upon delivery?
In most cases parcels require a signature when they're delivered.
We recommend choosing a delivery address that you're commonly at during business hours.
In the instance no one is there to sign for the parcel, the delivery driver will leave in a safe place or leave a card notifying you of attempted delivery, and return the parcel to the nearest StarTrack for you to collect at your convenience.
If you cannot find a parcel delivered by StarTrack, you can call them for further information on 13 23 45.

How long does delivery take?
Just placed an order? All orders are shipped using StarTrack Express delivery.
Standard delivery times can take 1 - 4 business days unless located in regional areas which can take 2 - 7 business days.

How do I return my online order?
Please view our Return Policy before submitting a return.
Mail your order back to the below address for a refund, note we don’t offer exchanges or credit notes currently.
If you require another size or style, please place a new order via the website.
Please fill out the Returns form here
Please ensure this form is added to your Return parcel bag.
NOTE: All returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing will be the responsibility of the customer, including all costs associated with sending stock back for a refund. We do not offer a free return service.
Please allow approximately 7 business days for processing from the time the return reaches our warehouse. Additional processing delays may occur during peak and busy time periods.
You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
Please keep a copy of your Return Tracking number from Australia Post.

Why have I received multiple confirmation emails?
We really don't want you to miss out on anything that you've ordered, so sometimes we fill orders from multiple warehouses which may result in separate deliveries.
This is called a split order. We do this to make sure you can get your full order from all over Australia.
How does it work?
If your order has been split into two parts and one item is dispatched first, you'll receive your first tracking number.
When your second item is dispatched, you'll receive your second tracking number. You won't receive both tracking numbers at the same time because it's being fulfilled from separate warehouses which means different dispatch times.
Due to this, your items will be delivered separately.
