How do I return my online order?
Please view our Return Policy before submitting a return.If you require another size or style, please place a new order via the website.Please fill out the Returns form herePlease ensure this form is added to your Return parcel bag.NOTE: All returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing will be the responsibility of the customer, including all costs associated with sending stock back for a refund. We do not offer a free return service.Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for processing from the time the return reaches our warehouse. Additional processing delays may occur during peak and busy time periods.You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).Please be sure to keep a copy of your Return Tracking number from Australia Post.Return In-storeYou can return/exchange your online order in-store. Can I exchange my items?
Orders returned online are issued with a full refund only.
We recommend processing an online return, then placing a new order. Our return instructions will guide you through the process.
Note: In-store purchases cannot be returned online, please pay us a visit!
How do I package my return?
If you're returning an item via post, please make sure the original packaging is undamaged. Satchels can be purchased at the Post Office. Alternatively, the original mailer or a reusable shopping bag can be turned inside out.

Can I return a sale item?
You are most welcome to return a sale item, as long as it meets our return conditions.
Even if your item was purchased at a sale price, you are welcome to return and receive a full refund for the price paid.

How will I receive my refund?
You will be refunded according to your original payment method within 2-5 business days* of your return being processed:
Debit or credit card
Your refund will reflect in your account within 2-5 business days of your return being processed.
We will initiate your refund, and PayPal will be in touch once they have finalised your refund.
When your refund is processed, Afterpay will send you an email and make the necessary adjustments to your payment schedule.

I believe my item is faulty?
We’re sorry to hear that your item may have a manufacturing fault.
We recommend the following depending on whether you shopped online or in-store.
In-store purchases: You are welcome to head into your local store and have the item assessed by a store manager. If the item is deemed faulty, our team will be able to assist you.
Online Orders: Please contact our Customer Care team below with the following:

- Description of the fault
- Images of the fault
