How do I return my online order?
Please view our Return Policy before submitting a return.
Mail your order back to the below address for a refund, note we don’t offer exchanges or credit notes currently.If you require another size or style, please place a new order via the website.Please fill out the Returns form herePlease ensure this form is added to your Return parcel bag.NOTE: All returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing will be the responsibility of the customer, including all costs associated with sending stock back for a refund. We do not offer a free return service.Please allow approximately 7 business days for processing from the time the return reaches our warehouse. Additional processing delays may occur during peak and busy time periods.You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).Please keep a copy of your Return Tracking number from Australia Post. -
Can I exchange my items?
Orders returned online are issued with a full refund only.
We recommend processing an online return, then placing a new order. Our return instructions will guide you through the process.
Note: In-store purchases cannot be returned online, please pay us a visit! -
How do I package my return?
If you're returning an item via post, please make sure the original packaging is undamaged. Satchels can be purchased at the Post Office. Alternatively, the original mailer or a reusable shopping bag can be turned inside out.

Note: For shoes, do not use the shoebox as an external postage box, we require the original shoebox, unmarked and in its original condition.

Do I need to pay for returns postage?
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your order.

Can I return a sale item?
You are most welcome to return a sale item, as long as it meets our return conditions.
Even if your item was purchased at a sale price, you are welcome to return and receive a full refund for the price paid.
However please note any item(s) marked as "FINAL SALE" at the time of purchase can not be refunded or exchanged.

How will I receive my refund?
You will be refunded according to your original payment method within 2-5 business days* of your return being processed:
Debit or credit card
Your refund will reflect in your account within 2-5 business days of your return being processed.
PayPal
We will initiate your refund, and PayPal will be in touch once they have finalised your refund.
Afterpay
When your refund is processed, Afterpay will send you an email and make the necessary adjustments to your payment schedule.
Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for refund processing over sales periods and public holidays.

What is your returns policy?
Extended Returns.
Any purchase made in a Nude Lucy store or on nudelucy.com.au between 17/11/2023 –24/12/2023 will be eligible for a return up to 60 days from purchase.
Orders made beyond this time-frame will follow our regular 30 day-return policy.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we're happy to accept all returns, provided our three return conditions are met.
- Item(s) were purchased within the last 30 days and proof of purchase can be provided
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached
- Item(s) were not marked ‘FINAL SALE’ at the time of purchase
Please choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise as we will not accept returns for change of mind or exchanges for the following items due to our Health & Hygiene Policy (unless the item is faulty):
- Underwear and any items without a hygiene seal (for example swimwear bikini bottoms and one-pieces);
- Cosmetics, makeup and any beauty products or tools;
- Headwear;
